Videos have emerged showing convicted serial rapist Umesh Reddy and terror case accused Tarun Raju using mobile phones and other privileges inside Bengaluru's Parappana Agrahara Central Jail. The Karnataka Prison Department has launched an investigation into how the inmates accessed the devices and if prison officials were complicit, with strict action promised if lapses are found.
