'Demanding, difficult' — Windsor-Essex school board to appoint two trustees; chair re-elected

With still a year left in a challenging term that has seen three trustees vacate their seats, public school board chair Gale Simko Hatfield was re-elected to her position on Tuesday, and she took the opportunity to voice some of her frustrations and to warn of likely more turbulence ahead.
